Though we do not have crows in Iceland we have ravens who love to eat this berry and distribute their seed everywhere around.
The syrup is very good to blend in drinks, with lemon in sparkling water, in all kinds of berry tea and it is delicious in ice cold milk, adding a nice blue color.
