Lady's mantle has been widely known herb, used to heal women problems for ages, the name refers to virgin Mary and the plant was also sacred to Freyja, the Norse goddess of love and fertility.

Yarrow is one of most used medical herbs in Iceland, believed to relax muscle and artery walls.
Silver-weed, old and widely known medical plant is used for its ability to calm muscle and nerves.
You can also use the tea bag in your bathwater, and used tea bags are good to relieve tired and puffy eyes.
