This tea blend contains three well-known Icelandic herbs.
Birch that gives a good basic taste. Lady‘s bedstraw was called „ólúagras“ in earlier times meaning reliveing of fatigue, the Icelandic explorer Eggert Ólafsson says in a poem that it relieves tierdness. Horsetail was called in the earlier days „dream grass“.
