All four herbs have been very popular for tea since the settlement of Iceland. The birch leaf has a mild taste fit well with the Arctic thyme and the Angelica seeds which give the tea a bit of sweetness. Icelandic Moss is world famous Icelandic herb which gives the tea a little bitter taste.
