Rice crispies cakes with Urta's Herbal syrups

Special thanks to Sandra our chief of sales for making this delicious recipe, absolutely delicious snacks for a special occasion!

She came up with three types, Liquorice, Arctic thyme, and Birch.

Ingredients :

Rice crispies with Liqourice
50gr unsalted butter
100gr white chocolate
60ml (4 tablespoons) Liqourice syrup 
1/8 Teaspoon liqourice salt
3 cups Rice Crispies

Rice crispies with Arctic thyme
50 gr unsalted butter

100 gr white chocolate
60 ml (4 tablespoons) Arctic Thyme syrup 
1/8 teaspoon gray lava salt 
1 tablespoon dried Arctic thyme 
3 cups rice crispies

Rice crispies with birch
50gr unsalted butter
100gr white chocolate
60ml (4 tablespoons) Birchsyrup
1/2 teaspoon arctic salt 
1 Tablespoon dried birch 
3 cups rice crispies

Steps : 

  1.  Butter, chocolate and syrup is melted together on a low heat
  2.  Salt, and birch or arctic thyme is added to the blend.
  3.  The Rice crispies are added and stirred well together
  4.  Place the mixture on a plate and flatten out to the desired thickness
  5.  Cool it down in a fridge and when the cake has become hard cut it down to snack sized pieces :)
