Öræfi - Wild Arctic Herbs Tea

Ingredients: 50% Arctic Thyme, 50% Iceland Moss 

Iceland moss and arctic thyme have been among the best-known crops of Iceland's wilderness since the settlement. It is a tradition to use the herbs together and make tea.  

By mixing these two herbs together we get a slightly bitter but naturally sweet taste.
